Mel & Karen Hayes, Senior Pastor

Pastor Mel and his wife, Karen, have attended the Chapel since 1994. He has served as an elder since 1997, and before accepting the position of Senior Pastor, was the Pastor of Development at the Chapel. Pastor Mel has served as Academic Dean of Believers' School of Ministry and was the director of Men's Ministry for about six years. He also served on the Natural Church Development Team, helping to formulate strategies and programs that guided the Chapel's development. He has a Master's of Divinity Degree from Regent University and is enrolled in the Doctor of Strategic Leadership program at Regent University's School of Global Leadership and Entrepreneurship. He and Karen have been married since 1991.

Mike & Donna Webster, Teaching Pastor

Pastor Mike is the Teaching Pastor at Believers' Chapel, where his focus is on teaching and training leaders. His passion, missions, has led him to visit and teach as a visiting professor at Bible colleges in other nations and throughout the US and Canada. He continues to lead missions teams to spread the love of Christ in other nations. He is also the founder and president of LifeCoach Communications, Inc., providing training, coaching and resources for leaders. Mike is President Emeritus of Elim Bible Institute in Lima, NY. He also has 10 years of pastoral experience in Illinois, New York and California. He holds the M.Div. and D.Min. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Mike and Donna, his wife of over 40 years, are currently enjoying the adventure of grandparenting.

Rich Ryfun, Youth Pastor

Pastor Rich has been at the Chapel since June of 2003. Before coming to Believers' Chapel, He was the Youth Pastor at Abundant Life Assembly of God in Rayne, Louisiana for 10 years. He met his lovely wife, Kelly, there, and has three adorable children: Karlie, Gracie, and Thai. BCY Student Ministries is really taking off and Pastor Rich has exciting plans for its future.
