PASTOR RICH & NAOMI RYFUN
LEAD PASTOR
Pastor Rich was raised within the Chapel until God called him into ministry in the south. He returned and has Pastored at the Chapel since 2003. Before becoming the appointed Lead Pastor, he served as Youth Pastor and Executive Pastor to Believers Chapel. He and his wife, Naomi, have six beautiful children and have accepted God’s call on their lives to see the Chapel accomplish its purposes here in Central NY and across the world.
KASON DIETZ
CONNECTIONS PASTOR
Pastor Kason guides the pipeline of getting connected and finding your purpose here at the Chapel. From the first time you walk in the door to when you’re serving and growing together in Crews, you’re connecting with Pastor Kason. He also oversees Care, spiritual guidance and practical needs ministries within the Chapel, and helps lead several aspects of church media.
bethany skarupa
TEACHING PASTOR
Pastor Bethany leads and directs our Chapel U internship and biblical education. Students are challenged in theological studies, practical ministry experience, leadership, and overall development in Chapel U, with Pastor Bethany guiding the program. She also assists in developing content for ministries within our church and serves as an Elder here at the Chapel.
Trevin Gates
YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS PASTOR
Pastor Trevin is passionate about creating a culture where young people can learn to connect with God and each other. He believes in partnering with parents to help young people succeed in life and faith. Pastor Trevin leads a team of volunteers who are energized by seeing youth and young adults find life in Christ.

Ashley keeps each ministry within the Chapel connected and operating as a cohesive unit to further our larger purposes. We accomplish specific tasks and focused ministry efforts without slowing down our larger goals with Ashley’s attentive leadership.
Amy Bhagalia
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Amy has been a part of our Believers Chapel leadership team for many years, serving Pastor Rich directly in administrating the operations of the Church. She has a heart to help Believers Chapel thrive and helps that goal along by keeping things organized from the top down.
Cindy Millet
BILLING COORDINATOR
Cindy handles accounts and financial transactions within our ministries here at the Chapel. She also oversees hospitality and event planning for our weekend services, events, Dream Team meetings, our church café, and our Food Pantry!
Dallas Imeson
KIDS DIRECTOR & TECH DIRECTOR
Dallas directs our pre-teen and children’s programs, creating a fun environment for kids and ensuring that parents are supported and resourced in raising their children with wisdom and biblical insight. Dallas also runs the production and technical side of Believers Chapel when he’s not investing in kids ministry!
